Role and Impact

You strive to develop positive relationships with users. You understand how to build long meaningful relationships with users and turn them into active promoters of Moneypool’s service. You thrive in having direct contact with people and learn from them.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key users
  • Understand, profile and use cases key users may have for Moneypool according to their needs
  • Identify key users within Moneypool’s network
  • Execute campaigns: Facilitate distribution of products and materials to members, own creative briefs and content direction
  • Act as the face of the program, communicating with members via emails, phone calls and private groups
  • Generate creative ideas & tactics to encourage key users to promote usage
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven relationship-building skills
  • Experience building reports by analyzing various data sources

Desired

  • Experience working on emails, newsletters, or customer loyalty programs
  • Experience working with startups
  • MS Office
